Biography: 

I am Anglo-hispanic, which means, That my father side of the family is English and my mother side is Spanish/Colombian. I have been in Harford County 22 years and have  lived in Joppatowne for 9 years.

 

What does the register of wills do? 

He/She is the chief estate administrator representing the State comptroller's office       in the county.   It is an elected office as the Comptroller's office also happens to be an  elected one.
